LAND DAYS: 'FRENCH TOAST' EGG SCRAMBLE

This morning i woke up craving something a little different for breakfast. I decided to make an egg scramble with a french toast theme. It was exactly what i was looking for - delicious, quick, easy and guilt free! Hope you enjoy this alternative recipe!

'FRENCH TOAST' EGG SCRAMBLE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • ~ 5 Stevia drops (i used vanilla flavoured)
  • Cinnamon
  • Pure Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
  • Mix eggs, almond milk and stevia drops in a bowl until eggs are properly beaten.
  • Scramble eggs on stove top and transfer to plate once cooked.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle maple syrup over top.
