CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
- Chia seeds (enough to fill half of a cup)
- Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- Cinnamon
- Stevia
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill your cup half way with chia seeds
- Add a TSP of cinnamon
- Add Stevia to taste (i used 6 drops)
- Fill the rest of your cup with your unsweetened milk, while stirring
- Let mix stand until it thickens. The chia seeds will produce their own gel, which forms the base of the pudding.
